exercises with circuit training using a variety of equipment:
Bosu's, Medicine Balls, Dumbbells, Heavy Ropes, Ballast

warm up with the step bench working into standing glut work
with emphasis on all 3 parts of the glut and engaging the
inner thigh. Progressing to floor work with more glut
and hamstring engagement. Abdominal exercises
will include all 5 parts of the abs. This class is
designed for any age or fitness level.
intensity cardio intervals of 30 seconds with a small rest
in between drills and it works EPOC system so you burn more
calories after class for a longer period of time.

strength training principles and a variety of equipment,

slow paced yoga flow with emphasis on strengthening core
and lower back.
Latin inspired dance class with hypnotic and exotic rhythms.
Learn dances such as cumbia, raegetton, salsa,
flamenco, and many more. Appropriate for anyone
of any age. If you want to have fun while you work
up a sweat this is the class for you! Burn between
700 - 1000 calories per class while having tons of fun!

to the music through a series of exercises designed to increase
muscular strength, range of movement, and activities for
daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with
handles, and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance.
A chair is used for seated and standing support.
Yoga stretch will
move your whole body through a complete series of seated
and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered
to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase
flexibility, balance and range of movements.
Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will
promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
* Advanced Class*
Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular
and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout.
Upper-body strength work with hand held weights, elastic
tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball is alternated
with non impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered
for support, stretching, and relaxation exercises. (Pre
requisite: 2 - 3 months of SilverSneakers Class Class)
