CARDIO FIT

Cardio Fit is
an aerobic fitness and strength building class designed
to create weight loss, strengthen your core muscles, build
endurance, and firm and tone the body. Cardio Fit
is fun, challenging, and never boring or routine.
We use a variety of aerobic routines, step aerobic exercises,
large exercise balls, hip-hop hustle routines, light weights,
and exercise mats. This is a total body work out class
that does it all!

A cardio
warmup working into standing glut work with emphasis on
all three parts of the glut and engaging the inner thigh.
Progressing to floorwork with more glut and hamstring engagement.
Abdominal exercises will include all five parts of the Abs.
This class is designed for any age or fitness level.
PILATES

Pilates is
a combination of exercises designed to increase flexibility
and range of motion, as well as shaping your muscles into
the long lean look that you desire. Pilates incorporates
slow, controlled movements using the body's own resistance
to optimize muscle control, balance, and posture.

the class for you!

Power Pilates
is Pilates PLUS so much more! It combines original
Pilate's exercises with contemporary body sculpting, utilizing
stability balls, bands, Pilate's rings and more to give
your muscles the shape, definition, and strength that you
have always desired.

Step Aerobics
is an intensely fun cardiovascular experience. You
will be stepping to the beat on an adjustable platform designed
to meet the needs of any participant's level.
Step it Up! will surely get your heart pumping to unique,
FAT BURNING routines created by the instructor to motivate
you and keep you coming back for more.
X-TREME WARRIOR
BOOT CAMP

X-Treme Warrior
Boot Camp is a fast and serious workout designed for serious
weight loss, toning, and muscular endurance. This
is the next level of fitness class for healthy individuals.
Boot Camp combines a series of calisthenics, US Marine Corps
exercices, football, basketall, and hockey drills in addition
to plyometrics and core training. Do we need to say
more? Come get some!
ZUMBA

Latin inspired
dance fitness class using hypnotic rhythms. You will
experience such dances as the merengue, flamenco, belly
dance, hip hop, cha-cha, tango, reggaeton, cumbia, mambo,
and salsa! Burn Between 700-1000 calories per class
while having tons of fun!

Latin inspired
dance fitness class using hypnotic rhythms. The choreography
for each Zumba song is broken down so the particpant will
get a feel for the flavor and steps of each song.
Then participants will execute the song it its entirety.
A great way to be introduced to Zumba or to brush up on
some of your moves!
