Dear Valued Guests,
Since the catastrophic failure of our pool pumps on March 11, the Aquatic Center has remained closed. We understand how important this part of our facility is to our members, and we want to thank you for your continued patience as we work diligently to reopen it.
Our internal team, led by Operations Manager Tim Montie, has taken this opportunity to enhance the Aquatic Center. They have repainted play structures, slide posts, and stairs; replaced broken tiles; regrouted each pool; scrubbed all drains; and power-washed and deep-cleaned the pool deck.
In parallel, our external pool vendor has installed brand-new motors and pumps in the pool pit. During this installation, additional plumbing issues were discovered, which are now in the final stages of repair.
In the coming days, over 300,000 gallons of water will begin flowing into our pools. Once filled, we will activate the heaters and carefully bring the water to a comfortable, swimmable temperature. Our aquatic staff will also be working to ensure that water chemistry is properly balanced and safe for use.
We know this has been a lengthy process, but we are truly beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel. We appreciate your understanding and support.
Additionally, as previously announced, we will soon be installing a new HVAC system for the Aquatic Center. This will require a temporary closure of 3 to 5 days while the old units are removed and new ones installed. We are currently coordinating the delivery schedule and awaiting FAA approval for rooftop crane operations. We will share a confirmed date as soon as it becomes available.

~Residents (must show valid ID): $10 per person

•Children under the age of 18-years old must be chaperoned by a paying adult the entire time.

Save time & fill out our Waiver, Release of Liability & Indemnity Agreement online. Present the completed waiver confirmation to the Front Desk upon arrival for payment.
