Parent & Child Safety: Ages 6 months- 3 years
The goal of this class is to practice safety skills with parent support. Participants will learn to hold their breath, climb out of a pool, rollover onto their backs and float on their front/back, and will learn basic swimming skills. This class will also provide experiences and activities for both the parent and child to increase their comfort in the water. Parent in water participation is required for this class. The class runs for 30 minutes.

Basic Skills 1: Ages 4-10 years
This is an age based class. The goal of the class is to practice introductory safety and swimming skills. Age requirement of 4-10 years old. Participants will learn to float on their front/back, rollover, tread water, basic freestyle stroke and basic backstroke. The class will also prepare the participant to swim in deep and shallow water. This class runs for 30 minutes.

This is an age based class. The goal of the class is to practice introductory safety and swimming skills. Age requirement of 13-Seniors. Private Swim Lessons: Ages 6-Seniors
This class is designed to accommodate those who want individual attention or have some kind of special needs. Participants should talk to their instructor about what they want to get out of their lessons. Age requirement of 6 years old-Seniors. This class runs for 30 minutes.
